Richard Garner is an American actor based in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a graduate of the American Conservatory Theatre and Berry College. In 1986, Garner, Lane Anderson and Robert Watson co-founded the Georgia Shakespeare theatre. He is married to Karen Robinson.
