Manikandan

A psychopath, who claims to be a saviour for men, murders women who are involved in more than one relationship. Who is he, and what made him such a monster?

Moscowin Kavery (English: Moscow's Kaveri ) is a 2010 Tamil romantic drama film written and directed by cinematographer Ravi Varman, making his directorial debut, besides handling the cinematography. The film, which has lyrics written by Vairamuthu and music scored by Thaman, stars Rahul Ravindran and Samantha in the lead roles with Harshvardhan, Santhanam and Seeman essaying supporting roles. Releasing on 27 August 2010, after nearly three years of production, the film was ultimately panned by critics.

This is another film that centers around the pranks of teenagers. This film is rated 18 in Singapore. Jai Akash comes to Nagerkoil as the Collector. His reminiscences of his school days in Nagerkoil, forms the main theme of the film. Manikantan who comes in the role of the 16 year old Kicha is like our typical naughty neighborhood boy. The boy Kicha used to eye becomes the headmistress of his school and this delights Kicha. Kicha who always teases everybody else, is however very well behaved towards headmistress Nirmala (Simran). So he always gets her support. But he leads a group of errant boys and together they steal the school vessels and sell them and also eat in hotels and give the slip without paying the bill. He is only a good friend to this one girl, but she falls in love with him.

The story centers on six youngsters, who experience the downfalls of teenage life. The film conveys a message about the importance of a good education and career over other distractions, such as romance and sex.

Vanmurai Paguthi is loud, bloodthirsty, and has a good dose of suspense to keep you engaged. Muniyasamy (Manikandan), a village lowlife who is easily irritable finds himself shunned from the community due to his frequent outbursts. But such character deficiencies often begin early in life in the family and his mom Chinnathai (Dindigul Dhanam) blames his drunkard dad for all his troubles.
