É quase final do século XXI. Decorridos cinqüenta anos de uma guerra devastadora entre a Europa e a Federação do Leste, esta última emergiu vitoriosa e foi formada uma nova federação, que recebeu o nome de Eurásia. Já não é mais possível se viver na glória da paz já que o planeta é varrido pelos efeitos das armas nucleares, químicas e biológicas, e toda a raça humana é vítima de conflitos que já duram meio século. Porém, um cientista genético chamado Dr. Azuma consegue trazer uma nova esperança na forma do que ele chama de "neo-célula", e que tem o poder de rejuvenescer partes do corpo humano sem causar risco de rejeição. Entretanto, a natureza interfere no caminho da ciência para criar uma nova ameaça, que obriga toda a humanidade a enfrentar a última guerra contra sua própria extinção.
