Laroche’s Wife
Charlie Kaufman (Nicolas Cage) precisa de qualquer maneira adaptar para o cinema o romance "The Orchid Thief", de Susan Orlean (Meryl Streep). O livro conta a história de John Laroche (Chris Cooper), um fornecedor de plantas que clona orquídeas raras para vendê-las a colecionadores. Porém, além das dificuldades naturais da adaptação de um livro em roteiro de cinema, Charlie precisa lidar também com sua baixa auto-estima, sua frustração sexual e ainda Donald, seu irmão gêmeo que vive como um parasita em sua vida e sonha em também se tornar um roteirista.

Frannie Vaughn (Fawcett) comes back home after being away a long time, only to find that her mother has died. She also finds out that her sister, Natalie (Crow) and her husband, Jake (Bryce), are planning to sell the acres once owned by Frannie and Natalie's family. To buy the land back from her sister, Frannie gets a job and falls in love with a fellow worker, Rubin (Johnson). In the end, Frannie's dreams come true and Natalie comes to her senses and moves in to the old family house with Frannie and Rubin.
