Esse é o contexto em que se dá o encontro entre Mia e Frida (Liv Mjönes), filha de Elizabeth e portanto, futura meia-irmã de Mia. Conforme Mia e Frida começam a se conhecer melhor, fortes emoções são despertadas entre elas e a jovem mulher comprometida se encontrará vivendo um envolvimento amoroso com a filha lésbica de sua futura madrasta.
