Jorge is the only one of his generation who has decided to stay in the countryside. The local festivities are just round the corner, and with them comes the reunion with his ex-girlfriend Andrea, who is back from the city. Her arrival starts to unhinge him physically and mentally. Oscar lives with his grandparents in a humble country house that has been left in the middle of a large hydroelectric project. It is the last day to vacate their house and his grandparents, faced with the pain and uncertainty of leaving the land where they were born, prefer to end up under it.
