Um ônibus, repleto de prisioneiros, sofre um acidente. Apenas quatro sobrevivem. Eles matam todos os guardas e fogem para a floresta levando o Dr. Douglas como refém. Lá encontram uma misteriosa casa velha onde resolvem se abrigar. Na casa, encontram uma família muito estranha que se comunica através de um antigo dialeto. Quando percebem que alguns membros da família têm um comportamento fora do comum e aparentam não temer suas ameaças e armas, já é tarde demais.
