Daniel é um rapaz que entregava pizzas e mudou de ramo, conduzindo agora um táxi. Acontece que Daniel tem dois problemas: é viciado em velocidade e odeia polícias. O seu táxi é um poderoso veículo artilhado que nem a polícia consegue detectar nos radares. Infelizmente, quando ele conhece Emilien, um jovem polícia que acabou de chumbar no seu teste de condução pela oitava vez, Daniel tem de aceitar o acordo que o polícia lhe faz para conseguir manter o seu táxi: ajudar Emilien a desmascarar e capturar um gang de assaltantes alemães que estão a esvaziar os bancos do país com poderosos carros.
