Feio (Kim Larney) é um pato recém-nascido bastante feio. A 1ª coisa que ele viu foi Ratso (Morgan C. Jones), um rato esperto e egoísta que sonha em trabalhar no showbizz e que caiu em cima de seu ovo. Feio logo passa a considerar Ratso como se fosse sua mãe. De início Ratso não gosta da idéia, mas aos poucos vai se afeiçoando a Feio e passa a lhe ensinar como se virar por conta própria.
