Shiori Watanabe was born in Tochigi, Japan in 1994. In 2016, she graduated from the Joshibi University of Art and Design, College of Art and Design, Department of Design and Crafts, with a focus on visual design. As of 2017, she is studying at the Department of Animation, Tokyo University of the Arts Graduate School of Film and New Media.
