Philippe has made a name for himself in cinema and music, creating the exuberant costumes for the film Astérix et Obélix: Mission Cléopâtre directed by Alain Chabat, for which he won the César award for best costumes in 2002.

O mais famoso circo acrobático do mundo traz Worlds Away, um espetáculo inédito concebido especialmente para um filme em 3D. A trama apresenta Mia, uma jovem garota que decide visitar o circo. Chegando no local, ela observa um jovem arrumar a tenda do picadeiro, e os dois se apaixonam à primeira vista. Ela logo descobre que este homem é um famoso equilibrista e trapezista, e decide assistir a uma de suas apresentações. No entanto, quando o artista percebe a presença de Mia no público, ele erra sua manobra e cai em um mundo mágico, levando Mia consigo. Entre diversos perigos e seres mágicos, eles tentam se encontrar.

This production from Cirque du Soleil is a lyrical, fanciful, kinetic foray into the seventh art. Bringing together dance, acrobatics, live video, filmed sequences and animation, the show takes spectators on a fantastic voyage through the history of cinema and its genres, taking them into the heart of the movie-making process. From illustration to animation, black and white to colour, silent films to talkies, fixed shots to swooping camera movements, spectators witness the poetic construction/deconstruction of this art as an object and as a way of transcending reality.
