Futaro levou as quíntuplas até o ponto em que elas podem se formar e perseguir seus próprios sonhos. Agora, finalmente, elas chegam ao seu último festival escolar. Tendo decidido fazer desta ocasião uma recordação, Futaro investiga seus sentimentos pelas quíntuplas.

Ao ouvir o canto de Mafuyu Sato, Ritsuka Uenoyama fica sem chão e decide convidá-lo para fazer parte de sua banda, composta por seus colegas Haruki Nakayama e Akihiko Kaji. Agora batizada de "Given", o primeiro show da banda é um grande sucesso. Emocionado, Ritsuka percebe o que sente por Mafuyu e se declara pra ele, tornando-se seu namorado. Enquanto isso, Haruki ama Akihiko em segredo há muitos anos, mas este está em um complicado relacionamento com seu colega de quarto, o violinista Ugetsu Murata. O triângulo amoroso de Haruki, Akihiko e Ugetsu vai entrar em rota de colisão na tela dos cinemas.

The sextuplets attend a high school class reunion. There, they see all their former classmates who have become "proper" adults with company jobs. The sextuplets sulk about this and go home and drink until they fall asleep. But when they wake up, a certain scene awaits them.

Although traumatized by witnessing the murder of his parents by one of the Choushuu, Ichimura Tetsunosuke's thirst for revenge leads him to desire strength. At the age of 15, Tetsunosuke approached the Shinsengumi, wanting to become one of its members. However, Tetsunosuke lacked the skill, mind, and will to emotionlessly cut down whoever threatened peace and the Shinsengumi. Even with the support of his brother Tatsunosuke and his newfound friends of the Shinsengumi, little did Tetsunosuke know the blood and pain he would have to face being part of this historical group.

Cem anos atrás, a cidade do deserto “Désser City” foi severamente danificada por uma batalha épica entre os Pokémon. A batalha foi iniciada devido a um Pokémon específico.
