O sargento Brant não anda em um bom momento. Em julgamento por ter agredido um psicólogo policial, ele ainda precisa lidar com o abandono do esquadrão em que trabalha. Além disto a esposa do inspetor-chefe morreu em um acidente de carro e a policial Falls fica no seu pé o tempo todo na tentativa de conseguir uma vaga na equipe. Em meio a este turbilhão, Brant precisa lidar com Blitz, um serial killer que tem como alvo policiais que fazem batidas pela cidade.

In 1995, drug suppliers and career criminals Tony Tucker, Patrick Tate and Craig Rolfe were blasted to death by a shot gun whilst waiting in a Range Rover in Rettendon, Essex. The film charts their rise to become the most prolific dealers and feared criminals in the south of England, maintaining the hold on their empire with fear and violence until their untimely death.
