Teen misfits Roma, Toto, and Drop call themselves the “Don Glees,” an informal name for their backyard adventures. One day, when the trio gets blamed for a nearby forest fire, they set off into the woods to prove their innocence. As disaster strikes their expedition, tensions flare between the friends as they realize that growing up has taken them on wildly different paths in life.

Após ter sido acusado pela tentativa de assassinato do Raikage, e ter matado dois Jounins, Naruto é mandado para o Houzukijou, uma Prisão de Segurança Máxima, mais conhecida como Blood Prison (A Prisão de Sangue). O Diretor dessa Prisão, Mui, utiliza um jutsu supremo de confinamento, selando os poderes de todos os seus prisioneiros. Começa então a batalha para provar a inocência de Naruto e expor os segredos por de trás da Blood Prison.
