O Conde Drácula (Udo Kier) sabe que se ele não beber uma certa quantidade de sangue virgem seu destino será passar a eternidade dentro de seu caixão. O assistente do Conde, Anton (Arno Juerging), sugere que eles viajem para a Itália, onde a tradição religiosa propicia a existência de noivas virgens.
