The sea, August, interesting and simple people. They tan, swim, play volleyball, basketball, drink, dance and then find someone to spend the night with. Many grew out of their student phase and can afford a more comfortable holiday but when July comes they grab a tent, jump into their cars and come here. Here, nobody talks about work and the size of your wallet means nothing.

Na Rússia atual, já tomada por produtos importados e pelo funcionamento capitalista, Timofei, publicitário, inicia um romance com Vera, apresentadora de TV. Tudo corre às mil maravilhas até que Timofei atropela Uloomji, um ingênuo e espontâneo jovem do interior. Ele o socorre e, como Uloomji não tem casa e mora no zoológico, leva-o para passar a noite em seu apartamento. Aos poucos os dois vão acabar envolvidos numa relação amorosa…

Wedding in a provincial seaside town. In the midst of the fun criminal authority Tourist begins to molest the bride, which infuriates the groom — merchant seaman. The bandits and the police decide to plant a sailor, but he runs away and on his quest sent the police, killers, relatives and different people.
