Production Manager
In 1974, after years of civil war, the Portuguese and their descendants fled the colony of Angola where independentist groups gradually claimed their territory back. A tribal girl discovers love and death when her path crosses that of a young Portuguese soldier. Meanwhile, another group of Portuguese soldiers is barracked inside an infinite wall from which they will have to escape once the past comes out of the grave to claim its long-awaited justice.
Jorge, a former marine who arrived from Angola, is employed as a butler in a house in S. Pedro do Estoril, where the brothers Teresa and Carlos live, who have many friends "ié-ié", among whom stands out Manela, for whom Jorge ends up falling in love... after all, Jorge is the real owner of the residence, and he decided to take a closer look at the lives of his cousins, who settled there, during his absence overseas.
Durante uma digressão pela província, alguém deixa, por engano, um bebé de meses no carro dum cantor, sem que ele dê por isso. António decide recolher a criança, com Madalena, uma colega artista. mas a presumível mãe, alegando erro, socorre-se dum irmão, agente da Polícia Judiciária, o que suscita uma perseguição até ao Porto.
