Um casal de médicos, Jay e Amy, decide fugir um pouco da sua rotina da cidade grande e parte para um retiro no campo, o que supostamente seria um momento de tranquilidade e intimidade para eles. Durante um passeio, Jay pede Amy em casamento e tudo parece perfeito, quando, na volta, eles acabam entrando pela floresta e se deparam com um ritual estranho - eles encontram uma menina amarrada dentro de uma cabana. Ao libertarem a garota, eles libertam também um terrível mal.
