Devil's Kettle é uma pequena cidade dos Estados Unidos onde vivem Jennifer e Needy, amigas desde a infância. Um dia, vão a um bar onde tocará uma nova banda. Só que, após o concerto, um incêndio faz com que vários jovens morram. As amigas conseguem escapar, assim como os músicos. Ainda em estado de choque, Jennifer recebe o convite para uma boleia na carrinha da banda e aceita. Horas depois, aparece ensanguentada e vomita um líquido estranho. A partir de então, passa a agir de forma estranha.
