The Target is about how different types of bullying affects different types of people of different ages. Arav deals with bullying in a detrimental way, leaving his family and friends bewildered. People find themselves reflecting about their own current bullying experiences.

Em 1977, a banda de rock Strange Fruit brilhava nos palcos e festivais. Pouco depois, o grupo se desfaz no meio de brigas e confusões. Vinte anos depois, o ex-tecladista (Rea), totalmente falido, procura a antiga empresária (Aubrey) com uma idéia maluca : reunir de novo a banda no lendário festival ao ar livre de Wisbech.
