Tetsu Kayama (加山 徹, Kayama Tetsu, born August 8, 1975) is a Japanese actor from Tokyo. He is affiliated with Office Joe Shishido. On January 18, 2019, he changed his stage name from Tetsuo Yamashita (山下 徹大, Yamashita Tetsuo) to Tetsu Kayama. His real name is Tetsuo Ikehata (池端 徹大, Ikehata Tetsuo). He was born in Kanagawa Prefecture.
