A lazy, irresponsible man, who quits his job because his wife earns more than him, decides to adopt an old woman as his mother because she offers to pay cash for it. What happens after the woman enters his household?

An angry young man gives refuge to a rich girl, whose arrogant mother is forcing her to marry her rowdy uncle.

Raghava is a fun-loving youngster who enjoys playing cricket with his friends. But at night he is afraid of ghosts and is always confined to his home under the care of his mother (Umashri). His brother (Achyuth Rao), sister-in-law (Shruthi) and their children live together in the same house. When Raghava and his friends go in search of another ground to play cricket, they find an abandoned field, which, it turns out, is haunted. At home, his mother and sister-in-law witness some strange happenings. With the help of a temple priest, they confirm the presence of a ghostly spirit haunting their home. Raghava begins to act funny and shows effeminate behaviour which is when the presence of the ghost is identified. The film goes on to unravel the mystery of the ghostly Kalpana and her relationship with Raghava.

Thangalakshmi, a wealthy woman, arranges for her daughter, Abhi, to get married to an NRI in her native village. However, a twist of events leads to Abhi getting married to her bodyguard, Kathiresan.

The story revolves around Puli , who is a local rowdy and the son of a math teacher Prakash Raj. Prakash Raj hates his son for being a rowdy and for not being proficient in Mathematics. As part of a flashback it is shown that young Puli was very good in Physics but being a math teacher his father wanted him to excel in Math which he was unable to do so. As a result of repeated physical and mental abuse the young boy takes up the wrong route to grow up. In the mean time, rival gangs and police try to kill Puli but is accidentally saved by his step sibling, a daughter from an affair that Prakash Raj had. Puli helps his step sister in return for her unexpected help and vouches for her safety. The rival gangs kill Pulis step sister and put the blame on his father. How Puli brings the truth to limelight and unites with his family completes the rest of the movie.

Kasi (Arjun) comes to Mumbai to track his parents' killers. He is successful in finding the first two. In order to find the third one he joins a goon Ravi Bhai (Raj Kapoor). This Ravi Bhai is in loggerheads with his own brother, Mani Bhai (Fefsi Vijayn). Mani Bhai runs another gang and the leading goonda in this gang is Siva (Jagapati Babu). Once upon a time in some Jail, Siva and Kasi were good friends. But now they are thirsty for each other's blood. They unite finally when their loved ones are killed.They plot to kill sivas brother by killing vedhika and divert Arjun. Arjun and Vedhika die in the end.

After Right, a petty criminal, kills Bhai's son, Bhai's gangsters seek revenge by killing Right's friend Balu. Later, Right decides to lead a normal life, but a corrupt police officer exploits him.

An underground terror group led by a mysterious proxy Akash recruits unemployed youth and turns them into suicide bombers. Asst. Commisioner of Police Parashuram decides to take the case (and the film) into his own hands in a fit of patriotic fervour. In a subsequent fit of wisdom, he hides a key witness at the home of his flaky fiancee, thereby endangering both and his anti-terror mission in general

Giri is the caretaker of Dharma`s house, a portion of which he rents out to Geetha who has come to the city to meet her lover Aravind. Giri to save Geetha from Dharma lies that she is his wife. He is forced to tell a series of lies to keep up the deception.

Raja, a young man, is determined to avenge the death of his mother and sister. But, his friend, a law abiding police officer, does not want Raja to take law into his own hands.
