Karin, a sex detective, and Nana, an assistant, have protected the peace of Shimbashi based in a Chinese-style oil beauty salon. In the city, a mysterious incident occurs in which women disappear one after another, but Karin is not so absorbed in having sex with the New York Police Department Kasumi. Nana aims to solve the case with a newcomer China Girl Hachi and pseudo-sex detectives who are a reserve army of sex detectives. As the investigation continues, the shadow of a male office worker who is envious of his female boss, as well as the super-male and female criminal association ADAM, begins to flicker.
Tamao Hatenashi is a 26 year old actor. Due to his unhinged imagination however, he gets an erection each time he acts, rendering him virtually unhireable. In spite of his problem, his luck takes a turn for the better when a fellow actor friend by the name of Maebari introduces him to Gonza, the CEO of a pink movie production company, and who immediately takes a shine to him. Buoyed by seeing his name printed on a movie script for the first time, Hatenashi immediately makes his way to the pink movie set. Upon arriving, he meets Yumika, the movie’s lead actress. Smitten by her kindness, he soon falls head over heels in love with her. As such, Hatenashi is horrified when he discovers that Yumika has been abducted from the set by a suspicious group of men, leaving only her panties behind. In order to track her down, Hatenashi immediately heads to Shimbashi, Tokyo in search of a legendary detective.

High school student Mizushima receives Valentines Day chocolates from the new student, Monami. Little did she know that the chocolates contained traces of Monami's vampire blood. He gets infected from eating them and Monami confesses that she wants to live with him forever as vampires. Meanwhile, Mizushima decides that he wants to fully become a vampire with Monami's help. Keiko, Mizushima's girl friend, sees the two on the school rooftop kissing and in a state of hysteria, attempts to throw Monami off the roof but falls off herself instead. Keiko dies but her father, Kenji Furano, the mad scientist, resurrects her as Franken girl. Thus begins a deadly combat between Franken Keiko and Vampire Monami in the name of love.
In future Tokyo, a young woman in the privatized police force tracks down her father's killer while battling against mutant rebels known as engineers.
