2nd Assistant Director
Mulholland Drive é uma estrada que atravessa a região serrana a Oeste de Hollywood. Nessa estrada, um acidente de carro faz com que uma jovem mulher perca completamente a memória, acabando por se refugiar na casa onde vive Betty, uma outra jovem que foi para a cidade a fim de tentar singrar no mundo do cinema. Ali, ela identifica-se como Rita, mas assume não saber se é realmente esse o seu nome. Juntas, vão tentar descobrir a verdade acerca de Rita, numa história de amor, ciúme, sucesso e fracasso, onde tudo é silêncio, sonho e ilusão... e nada, realmente nada, é o que parece ser.
2nd Assistant Director
Initially, "Mulholland Dr." was to mark David Lynch's return to television. It is a retooling of a script originally shot as a 94-minute pilot for a TV series (co-written with TV screenwriter Joyce Eliason) for the channel ABC, which had approved the script, but chose not even to air the pilot once it was done in 1999, despite Lynch's labours to cut the project to their liking. It was left in limbo until 18 month later French company Studio Canal Plus (also producer of 'The Straight Story') agreed to pay ABC $7 million for the pilot, and budget a few million more to turn the pilot into a two-hour, 27-minute movie. The cost of the film doubled to $14 million as sets had to be reconstructed and actors recalled.
Mike
East Germans abduct a U.S. coed (Linda Blair) and throw her in a women's prison run by a brutal inmate (Sylvia Kristel).
Randy
Betty has a crush on her tennis instructor Mike. He promises to call her for a date, but never does – she doesn’t know he sells drugs on the side. After botching a deal on someone else’s turf, Mike has to disappear for a while. He contacts Betty – then he’s killed before they can meet. Betty tries to find out what happened, leading her straight into a hornet's nest of vice.
Bandit
The world's water supply has dried up due to some sort of apocalypse. A beautiful woman holds the secret to where one of the last springs being guarded by a group of Amazons. A "Road Warrior" like crew captures her and tries to make her talk through brutal torture. The hero (Stryker) unites with some of the remaining "good guys" and the Amazons and frees the woman. They go on to a "Road Warrior" type of concluding battle with the bad guys.
Buddy Repperton
Arnie Cunningham compra um Plymouth Fury 1958, que ele chama de Christine. Ele então desenvolve uma obsessão doentia pelo carro, para o desespero de seu amigo atleta, Dennis Guilder. Depois do valentão Buddy Repperton desfigurar Christine, o carro se restaura perfeitamente e começa a matar Buddy e seus amigos. Determinado a acabar com as mortes, Dennis e a namorada de Arnie, Leigh Cabot, decidem destruir Christine.
