Manuel (Diego Luna) é um estudante perturbado pelo suicídio de Gregório (Gabriel González), seu melhor amigo, que sofria de esquizofrenia. Sua angústia piora ainda mais quando sua namorada começa a agir de maneira estranha. E chega a limites insuportáveis quando ele descobre, guardados numa pequena caixa, alguns segredos íntimos de Gregório. Talvez a esquizofrenia não seja o único motivo do suicídio do rapaz.
