Old Goblin
Three city kids are taken somewhat reluctantly to a farm out in the forests of Sweden. There they meet the resident country kids who's rosy cheeks and youthful antics mirror the apathy and cynicism of the children grown up in the callous and barren streets of the city. In the country, strange and mysterious things are afoot. Sudden fires, cars braking down and enigmatic sightings point to there being more than the modern man fathoms in the woods. People talk of trolls and beings in the woods, guardians of the land, but the grown ups do not believe and the cynical city children say such talk is nonsense.

In a fictional future totalitarian society ruled as a one-party state. A teacher commits the crime to teach their students to think independently and is therefore being stalked. The fictional Monismania also appeared in Astrid Lindgren's saga about the witch Pomperipossa in the Monismanian 1976.

A young woman dies from a drug overdose, and her brother and his friend try to find out who supplied her with the narcotics. Soon, they're chased all over Stockholm by the cruel but suave ring leader Harry and his thugs. Among the wildness is a fight in a brothel filled with naked girls, and when Servus, one of the thugs, fails to kill our heroes, Harry has his men kill Servus with a razor blade equipped glove. Oh, and the heroine is raped by a guy sucking on a comforter

On a tourist trip abroad the passengers on the coach witness an assassination attempt on the President Hurkas. One of the tourists has evidence against the perpetrators, and is killed when the coach reaches Sweden. Another passenger observes how one of the perpetrators is picked up by a yellow car. She is kidnapped and locked up in a mental hospital.
