A história começa quando um novo DigiTama é encontrado na internet, e consegue penetrar em quase todos os sistemas de computador no Japão. Quando o ovo choca, é identificado como uma nova espécie de Digimon, um tipo de vírus. Sustenta-se pela ingestão de dados de diversos sistemas, e conforme consome mais e mais dados, ele continua a evoluir. Nesse momento, Taichi e Koushiro decidem que é hora de dar um jeito na situação.

Barua of the Magic Race (Vile Tribe) has kidnapped students of the Magic School. Elie, Rena and Senia, are asked to look for them by the schools master. Along their search they find interesting and crazy things, and get into trouble as usual. Upon finding the students, they find their magic is not strong enough to save them, but they get some help from an unwanted friend.

The all female crew of the transport ship Muse is on a mission in deep space. They pick up an SOS signal and discover a derelict space cruiser where all the women have died mysteriously. They take the only survivor, a young woman named Flair, and detonate the ghost ship. However, the danger is just beginning. With Flair on the Muse, the romances between the women begin to take a new turn. One by one, the crewmembers are attacked by a mysterious alien presence, desperate to find a way to reproduce with human women!

Famous rockstar Kouji Nanjou has fallen in love with Izumi Takuto, a soccer player with dreams of seeing "real" soccer in Italy. In angsty boy-love fashion, the story consists of Kouji stopping at nothing to have Izumi stay with him, Izumi dealing with his feelings until the time comes where he has no choice but to decide, and all the other things the two must face and the problems from Kouji's family.

The Kimagure Orange Road series centers on a teenage romantic triangle: Hikaru and Madoka were best friends until they fell for Kyosuke, an understated hero with psychic powers. In 1991, the 19-year-old Kyosuke is struck by car and propelled three years into the future, where he tries to understand the changes that have taken place in his world. Madoka and Hikaru have grown up to become a promising songwriter and a student of drama and dance, respectively; the older Kyosuke is a student-photographer on assignment in Bosnia. The problem of two Kyosukes coexisting is played for laughs, including a sequence where the 22-year-old Kyosuke counsels his younger self. The filmmakers expect the viewer to know the characters from the OAVs, although designs have been changed. The result is a Pax-style romantic fantasy, rather than a sci-fi adventure.

Os clãs de Byakuro e Kabusa estão no meio de uma batalha sangrenta sem vista de terminar. Kabusa pretende sequestrar a possessão mais estimada de Byakuro: sua jovem princesa. Se isto não fosse suficiente, o clã Kabusa acredita que entre estes novatos se encontra a jovem princesa de longo tempo atrás... e eles não tem nenhuma intenção de deixa-la ir outra vez.
