Teresa Ann Savoy nasceu em 18 de julho de 1955 em Londres, Inglaterra. Foi atriz, conhecida por Calígula (1979), Salon Kitty - O Bordel dos Nazis! (1976) e La Bambina, Uma Nova Forma de Amar (1974). Ela morreu em 9 de janeiro de 2017 em Milão, Lombardia, Itália. Savoy tinha 18 anos quando apareceu na revista italiana para adultos Playmen (outubro de 1973), usando o pseudônimo de "Terry". "Terry", que fugiu de casa aos 16 anos, morava numa comunidade hippie na Sicília e logo se tornou uma atenção da imprensa.
