"Killing Bono" é uma homenagem aos inúmeros fracassos do rock'n'roll, contando a história verídica de dois irmãos que começaram como amigos e rivais do U2 mas acabaram na lata de lixo da história musical. O filme é baseado no livro de memórias de Neil McCormick, com o mesmo título, mas os seus criadores tomaram liberdades consideráveis com o livro original. Diferentemente do que mostra o filme, por exemplo, McCormick nunca chegou a apontar uma arma para o seu amigo de escola e também inimigo Bono, embora boa parte de sua juventude tenha sido consumida com uma obsessão pouco saudável com o sucesso estrondoso do U2 e seu próprio fracasso como cantor.

Having just met at a party, Siobhan brings back Greg to her flat for what might be a night of of unbridled passion.
