Animal (Ving Rhames) é integrante de um violento grupo que foi condenado à prisão, o que fez com que seu filho caçula crescesse sozinho nas ruas. Na prisão Animal conhece um velho revolucionário, que muda sua maneira de ver o mundo. Reabilitado para a sociedade, ele deixa a prisão anos mais tarde. Porém logo ao chegar em casa descobre que seu filho fez sua vida no mundo do crime, ocupando o lugar que antigamente lhe pertencia.
Xavier, Miguel, Johnny, Ricky, and Charlie (the members of Menudo) decide to take a hot air ballon to a concert and end up crashing in the woods. The boys have their own adventures (jumping in the mud, skateboarding, stealing motorbikes, playing practical jokes on each other, throwing sea sponges, and meeting beautiful girls) while the record company tries to get them back so that they can perform in concert.
