Marina Massironi (16 de maio de 1963) é uma atriz italiana, comediante e dubladora de teatro, cinema e televisão, também conhecida por ter sido parceira de palco do trio Aldo, Giovanni e Giacomo.
Ela começou a estudar atuação no final de 1982 e teve seus primeiros escritos teatrais cerca de dois anos depois. Nesse ínterim, casada com Giacomo Poretti, assumiu com ele o negócio de cabaré, formando a dupla Hansel & Strüdel. O divórcio de Poretti, no entanto, não cessou a colaboração artística com o ator, que entretanto passou a fazer parte do trio Aldo, Giovanni e Giacomo: desde os anos noventa Marina Massironi colabora com o trio tanto na televisão como no cinema e , finalmente, no teatro. Na verdade, seu filme de estreia foi em sua companhia em Três homens e uma perna, posteriormente participando de Então é a vida e me pergunte se estou feliz. Em 1998 ela estrelou Out of the world com Margherita Buy e em 2000 ganhou o Nastro d'Argento e o David di Donatello como melhor atriz coadjuvante por Pane e tulipani.
Ela atualmente vive entre Roma e Milão.
