The slightly chubby harness racer Bjarte doesn't get the good horses anymore, and is forced to enter the criminal path in order to keep menacing creditors at bay. A fatal choice of partners ends up in a failed doping attempt, and a consequent kidnapping of the top horse Berlusconi.
It's vacation. 12-year-olds Maja, Rikke and Ohna have big ambitions to not lift a finger this summer, but then the police find drugs hidden in the restaurant. When Kristoffer's girlfriend, Elisabeth, leaves him, his life seems to fall to pieces. Until his videos are featured on Norway's most popular talk show and Kristoffer becomes famous.

É véspera de eleições na Noruega e cada segmento remete a um partido político, com bastante leveza.
