Erika Flores (nascida em 2 de novembro de 1979 em Grass Valley, Califórnia) é uma atriz americana e ex-atriz infantil, conhecida por seu papel como a primeira Colleen Cooper na série de TV Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. Erika deixou o cargo em 1995 por conta de uma disputa salarial e também por motivos pessoais no meio da terceira temporada. O papel foi reformulado com Jessica Bowman como Colleen. Flores foi a estrela convidada no episódio "Desastre" de Star Trek: The Next Generation. Ela interpretou Marissa Flores, uma das três jovens vencedoras de feiras de ciências a bordo da USS Enterprise. Durante uma visita guiada pelo Capitão Picard, o navio foi desativado e eles ficaram presos em um turboelevador.
