Anna Battista é uma jovem e popular atriz que se envolve em uma louca viagem pela Europa neste filme, dirigido e protagonizado por Asia Argento. Neste filme que beira a auto-biografia, a atriz (da ficção) vai à Paris para salvar uma amiga que está numa relação auto-destrutiva. Só que a viagem vai acabando com Anna: depois de se envolver e ser abandonada por um astro do rock, ela se descobre grávida e começa a se drogar para esquecer os problemas nos quais se meteu.
