Jack Halsey e sua família esperam realizar a viagem dos sonhos ao participar de um safari no Quênia, abaixo do sol escaldante africano. Mas sozinhos no parque selvagem, eles acabam ficando reféns de forças da natureza quando são rodeados por um leopardo e um grupo de hienas famintas.
