Gerrymandering is a 2010 documentary feature film written and directed by Jeff Reichert. The film explores the history and the ethical, moral and racial problems raised by redistricting, i.e., the drawing of boundaries of electoral districts in the United States.Gerrymandering covers the history of the redistricting practice, how it is used and abused, how it benefits the two major major political parties, Democrats and Republicans. The documentary draws on the perspectives from different individuals, reporters, pundits and politicians.

Oscar (Matthew Perry) e seu sócio Peter (Oliver Platt) são arquitetos que estão ansiosos por receber a comissão de US$ 90 milhões de um rico construtor de Chicago, Charles Newman (Dylan McDermott), para construir um gigantesco centro cultural. Só que, por engano, Charles acredita que Oscar gay e lhe pede um pequeno favor pessoal: que ele espione sua namorada, Amy (Neve Campbell), numa exposição de esculturas, para se certificar que ela não encontrará seu ex-namorado Kevin (Cylk Cozart). Oscar fica inconformado ao ser confundido com um homossexual, mas aceita fazer o favor de olho na gorda comissão que irá receber. Só que, ao conhecer Amy, Oscar acaba se apaixonando por ela e esconde sua posição de heterosexual com medo de que o negócio com Charles vá por água abaixo.
