Once a year the quiet small fishing village Neskaupstaður on the east coast of Iceland is invaded by hoards of metal fans who are attending Eistnaflug, Iceland´s only heavy metal festival. Many of the largest metal bands have played at the festival. It´s known for it´s unique athmosphere. That´s why many call it the annual celebration of metal fans.

Quando a ameaça se confirma, todas as fazendas das redondezas são obrigadas a matar suas ovelhas, o que para muitos é considerado uma verdadeira tragédia. Só que, decidido a proteger seus animais prediletos, Gummi elabora um plano para que eles escapem da matança.

They had protested for years but were losing the battle and being chased off their land when in the middle of the night they brought out the dynamite. This event marks the birth of environmentalism in Iceland. The farmers won a court case against them by sticking together and all confessing. For 40 years they have never revealed the secret.
