Laure Calamy (nascida em 22 de março de 1975) é uma atriz francesa de cinema, TV e teatro premiada com o César, mais conhecida por seus papéis em Call My Agent! e meu burro, meu amante e eu.
Nascida em 1975, Calamy é filha de uma psicóloga e de um médico. Ela primeiro tentou sua mão no teatro durante sua juventude.
Em 2000, após concluir o bacharelado, Calamy mudou-se para Paris para estudar no Conservatoire de Paris, onde se formou em 2001. No Conservatoire, conheceu Olivier Py, que a dirigiu em Au monde comme pas y être, Orlando ou l 'impaciência e Les Parisiens.
A crítica elogiou as atuações de Calamy nos curtas Ce qu'il restera de nous, dirigido por Vincent Macaigne, e Un monde sans femmes, dirigido por Guillaume Brac, pelo qual recebeu o prêmio Jeanine Bazin no Festival Entrevues de Belfort.

Em 2020, Calamy estrelou como Antoinette em My Donkey, My Lover & I (Antoinette dans les Cevennes), de Caroline Vignal, um sucesso inesperado de bilheteria na França, e recebeu críticas positivas dos críticos. Ela ganhou o Prêmio César de Melhor Atriz por seu papel no filme.
