Бен Джарви, по происхождению индиец, а по профессии — изобретатель-конструктор роботов, вынужден работать уличным торговцем. В первом фильме его отстранили от работы после инцидента с созданным им роботом Номер пять. Теперь Бен оказался на мели, он вынужден жить в фургончике и делать игрушечных роботов для продажи на улице. Эти роботы все, как один, похожи на Номера пять, но только дизайном….. Номер пять обрел личность благодаря короткому замыканию, а эти малыши — всего лишь бездушные игрушки.

Вот незадача - у Уоллеса закончился сыр. В поисках своего любимого лакомства неугомонный изобретатель решает отправиться на Луну. Уоллес хочет узнать - не сделана ли Луна из этого чудесного продукта. Для этого Уоллес смастерил ракету. Придется и Громиту лететь. Ведь должен же кто-то присмотреть за этим непоседой Уоллесом.

Martians come to Earth to build an H-bomb strong enough to blast Earth out of orbit so that Mars can be moved into its place in closer proximity to the sun. This movie serial in 12 chapters was originally planned as a sequel to "Radar Men From The Moon" with Commando Cody as the hero but at the last moment the main characters' names were changed and all other references to that serial removed from the script.
