Воскреснув из мёртвых, клоун-маньяк Арт отправляется в прачечную, где встречает похожую на него девочку. А тем временем старшеклассница Сиенна готовится к Хэллоуину и делает костюм по эскизу недавно умершего отца. Хотя ей не терпится в компании подруг отправиться на вечеринку, девушку начинает одолевать тревожное чувство. И не зря. Арт тоже подготовился к празднику, смастерил себе оружие и приступает к любимому занятию — извращённым убийствам.

В ночь Хеллоуина клоун-маньяк терроризирует трёх девушек, а также всех, кто попадается ему на пути.

Парочка влюбленных замечает в небе летящий объект, траектория падения которого явно указывает на близлежащий лес. Желая посмотреть на упавший метеорит, парочка отправляется на предполагаемое место падения и обнаруживает там цирковой шатер, в котором к нам на Землю прилетели клоуны-убийцы из космоса! Их цель — заготовить как можно больше землян в качестве… провианта.

Our intention was to talk to the people found in the special situation of being deprived of freedom, to whom love becomes a substitute for freedom and represents maybe their only hope for a better future.
