Aparichithan movie revolves around three college girls who are very close friends. Meenakshi (Kavya), Devi (Manya) and Simi (Karthika) are very good friends. Once they get caught for stealing the question papers for the exam and were expelled from the college. As they did not want to go home.

Midhunam movie is all about Sethumadhavan (Mohanlal) who has plans to start a biscuit factory near his house. But the bureaucracy and the corruption of the officials are the hurdles in front of him. Ravishankar is a leader of the poor and the oppressed. The 'bad' guys resent him and want him killed. How Ravishankar fights these evil forces with the help of his ladylove, District Collector Kamala (Ramya Krishnan) and ACP Vishnu S Pillai (Biju Menon) is the rest of the story.

She was on the verge on committing suicide. he decides to save her from the hell and promises her a job somewhere far away.But the police are looking for her everywhere and he had to hide her somehow. That is when they chance upon the idea of disguising her as a man. Kanmani fall in love with Premachandran but he doesn’t reciprocate—she couldn’t understand why

Sudhi (Mohanlal) who is a poor auto-rickshaw driver who meets Meenakshi (Rekha) who is the granddaughter of a well to do family. Sudhi and Meenakshi falls in love for each other and faces strong opposition from her family but the lone support of her grand father, Krishna Pillai (Thikkurisi Sukumaran Nair).

But in the end he decided to return to Bhilai , but this time taking his mother along. The movie ends he could show the arayannagal to his kids at his home itself.

Bhargavacharitham Moonnam Khandam movie revolves around a notorious underworld Don of Kochi called 'Current Bhargavan' (Mammootty), who is always accompanied by funny looking goons (Johny and Mohan Jose). The present problem of the Don is that he has lost confidence and can't pick up a gun or be violent anymore. He accidentally hears the oration of world renowned psychiatrist Dr Shantharam (Sreenivasan), who boasts that he can even treat Bin Laden to come back to activities of peace. The Don then forcefully acquires the help of the psychiatrist.

Janathipathyam movie is all about the communist party wins the assembly election but their proposed chief minister candidate loses the election. The party chief Bhattathirippadu suggests the name of R D Nayanar (Suresh Gopi) for the top post in Kerala. Nayanar, who was the former asst city police commissioner of Trivandrum has his own reasons to come back to the city. He has to take the revenge.
