Bruce Le stars as Bruce Lee, a young teenager who is the leader of the Liu City gang, who gets into trouble and street fights every now and again. Later, to avenge the death of a friend, Bruce learns the secret art of drunken snake fist boxing!

Bruce Lee has just died, but the BSI is swinging into action to salvage the situation. Japanese forces in Shanghai attempt to destroy the patriotic spirit of the Chinese by closing down all Kung Fu gyms. The new police chief (Bruce Li) arrives in a small provincial town. He's been charged with bringing a dangerous gang to justice. The group - both prisoners and police - ultimately bond together and track down the gang's headquarters to find the leader (Chen Hsing). After a long and bloody melee, everyone lies dead except the chief.
