Obituary is a North American death metal band formed in 1985 in Tampa, Florida under the name Executioner, then changed the name's spelling to Xecutioner, and later changed their name to Obituary. The band comprises vocalist John Tardy, drummer Donald Tardy, guitarists Trevor Peres and Ralph Santolla and bassist Terry Butler. The band is a fundamental act in the development of death metal music and one of the most successful bands in its genre.

Frozen Alive is Obituary's first live DVD. It was recorded August 24, 2006 in Warsaw, Poland. It has songs from each of their albums through Frozen in Time. It also contains an interview conducted a day before the show.

The Wacken Carnage is a CD/DVD set of the death metal band Bloodbath at a very rare live appearance recorded on August 5th 2005 at the Wacken Open Air Festival in Germany. At that time, it was presented as the only Bloodbath gig there would ever be, but Bloodbath have since headlined Party.San Metal Open Air in Germany on August 8th 2008, and Pellavarock in Finland on August 9th 2008.

During the show a female fan gets attacked and in return she lashes out as her attacker soon finds out what happens when you push an already damaged mind too far. The killer then snaps and starts killing everyone in her way – friend, fan, band and foe alike – until only a pile of bodies is left at the end of this bloody massacre. With the killer being as patient and calculating as she is torturous and demented, her killing spree is a precise and bloody massacre to witness.
