A skilled killer named Shui is forced to retire after a failed mission. He moves into an apartment arranged by the organization. However, unexpected murders start happening in the community. Shui decides to investigate and discovers that the community is concealing a conspiracy — there are hidden killers carrying out missions. Trapped in a dangerous situation, Shui’s only recourse comes from his ordinary neighbors.

Li Chih-cheng, a C-list Taiwanese actor, is hand-picked by a renowned Chinese director to star in a project during the pandemic. On his last day of self-isolation in Shanghai, he discovers he has a fever. Worse still, he must make a decision between his wife in Taiwan and mistress in China over video call. But as it turns out, everyone has a hidden identity and secret. In order to make it through, Chih-cheng must deliver the performance of a lifetime.

Legend has it that the forest that makes noise in the morning is the home of monsters. When the demented old woman (played by Wang Yan) and the monsters were distressed about the forgotten way home, the old woman met university classmate Wang Xin (played by Xie Qiongnuan). She accidentally opened up the inextricable past, but also quietly unravels the mystery of the monsters' origins, and clues emerge as to the mysterious location of the forest.

Little Han lives in the mountains with his great-grandmother, Auntie Han-hsiao. In rainy days, Little Han sits in front of the fireplace listening to Auntie Han-hsiao’s colorful and mysterious tales. One day he sees an injured and dying sparrow. With sadness, he digs a small cave and buries it.

A-Tek is on a quest to find his favorite metal band, Chthonic, and persuade them to play a benefit protest concert in his southern Taiwan hometown. Can music save a Taiwanese homeowner from a Chinese land grab? He sure hopes so.

Laichun, her father and two mothers, uncle and grandfather are of different generations; thus they all think differently. Father is the family head, and because he believes he must continue on the family name ends up taking two wives. His first wife also feels the same way, and so allows the second wife. Laichun feels the abyss between her and her parents and ends up getting pregnant, but hits a wall when her boyfriend does not take any responsibility. When her father is hospitalized, she begins to understand her father and two mothers. She is finally growing up.
