The Crazy Cats, a Japanese musical-comedy group, were showcased a series of comic adventures throughout the 1960s. Las Vegas Free-For-All, one of their most popular movies, featured scenes filmed on location in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Hawaii. Appearing with the seven Cats were the lovely Mie Hama and such Japanese musical artists as The Peanuts, The Johnnys, The Drifters, and Jackie Yoshikawa & the Blue Comets.

Долгие годы жители поражённого радиацией островка в Тихом океане поклонялись своему божеству — гигантской бабочке Мотре и заодно её огромному яйцу, из которого в своё время должна была вылупиться новая Мотра. Так продолжалось до тех пор, пока на остров не налетел тайфун, который смыл драгоценное яйцо в море и прибил к берегам Японии, где его выловила бригада рыбаков. Мотра в сопровождении двух своих фей-хранительниц обратилась к людям с просьбой вернуть яйцо обратно, но получила отказ: находка уже попала в руки крупной корпорации, решившей превратить яйцо в прибыльный аттракцион для туристов. Впрочем, когда страну вновь начал терроризировать Годзилла, людям ничего не оставалось, кроме как признать свою ошибку и просить Мотру о защите.

Shipwreck survivors found on the presumably uninhabited Infant Island leads to a scientific expedition that discovers a surviving native population along with the Shobijin, tiny twin fairy priestesses of the island's mythical deity called Mothra. After the fairies are kidnapped by an exploitative businessman named Clark Nelson, Mothra sets out to rescue them.

Umon’s services are called upon when innocent bystanders, Kayo and Minokichi, along with the ronin, Gontaro are mistakenly identified as suspects in several recent murder cases. To prove their innocence and uncover the truth, Umon launches his own investigation.
