A three-part anthology film. Story 1: A released convict traces his girlfriend and other people who were responsible for his imprisonment. Story 2: A factory worker Pantic comes to Belgrade where he befriends a waiter. Having no overnight lodge, Pantic spends the night in the bar where his new acquaintance works, and becomes a victim of group of people who start picking on him. The initially protective waiter joins their harassment, and that's when Pantic pulls out a knife. Story 3: A female reporter gets back from the province without getting job done. On her way back, she meets an abused woman who lives with her husband in a trailer, making grill. The two will run away together, facing many hazards and trials.

Marko, Zoran and Saša are best friends, living a casual student life in Belgrade. They plan to escape the sweltering summer heat by driving to the coast. To guarantee their departure they swap favors. But events take a wrong turn. A road movie - fueled by dreams, propelled by unforeseen events.

A three-part anthology film. 1) AMSTERDAM: Jovke and his two friends try to make some quick cash before going off to army. At the same time, he tries to establish communication both with his catatonic father and the girl he likes. 2) TIE REQUIRED: While drudging at the docks with two inseparable friends of his, Neša is waiting for a waiter's job at the bar where his mother works. After not being allowed to a birthday party, the trio decides to look for fun somewhere else. 3) ABSOLUTE PITCH: An unemployed paleonthologist spends his nights sewing dresses for his beloved one. When she sets off to countryside for work and doesn't call back, he becomes suspicious and decides to solve this sudden departure on his own.

A thirty year old man returns from South America to his native village, in the mountains of Yugoslavia, to find his spouse and take her along. He chooses the youngest daughter of self-supporting Jewish woman. The deceit gets discovered on the way to South America. Seven poor girls, among whom is his future wife, are imprisoned in ship's deck. He took them, promising rich marriage, and his real intention is to employ them in bordello houses of Buenos Aires, where the girls, not knowing the language, would be left to his mercy.

They meet in Yugoslavia. Katharina, daughter of a Yugoslavian immigrant worker, has grown up in the Federal Republic of Germany. She is a confident, energetic career woman who has managed to work her way up to become a successful television journalist. She goes to visit her parent's country, to do a story about the children of immigrant workers in their home country. Although she says she doesn´t need a "home" any more, even she feels strange in her own country. Peter is a rather "untypical" sort of man: a dreamer, a thinker. He has given up his steady job as a composer for advertising films and is divorced. He goes to Jugoslavia to find something out about the past. He travels to the places where his father was stationed during the Second World War.

After a train breaks down and the passengers are forced to spend a day at a remote country tavern, the mix of seasonal farm workers, transients, musicians, and would-be party kingpins heads toward some explosive moments. A truckload of chickens arrive to be killed and cooked for the unruly group of passengers, and when a few boorish men harass a female singer, their actions lead to unexpected violence.

In this entertaining, clever satire, it is the beginning of World War II and a group of con artists and thieves decide to pose as musicians under the rubric "The Balkan Express".

Неминуемость выбора приводит к конфликту естественных ценностей, противопоставляя семью интимным чувствам, делая греховным даже зачатие на фоне торжествующей смерти — ибо носителем смерти оно порождено. Вчерашние друзья оказываются по разные стороны баррикад, и уже не важны отношения, социальный статус и образование участников конфликта, каждый решает, за он или против, по совести или по ее отсуствию. Идиллия беззаботного существования обеспеченной молодежи превращается в выстрел, приносящий на жертвенный алтарь истории отношения, эпоху и, в конце концов, жизнь.

Young Belgrade playboy, spoiled child of a rich family, changes for the better after spending some time in the army.

A group of children build a loft in an abandoned yard, but instead of pigeons, a man and his two sons move into it. At first, boys try to get rid of the unwanted intruders, but eventually they befriend with them. However, the municipality sends their men to tear down the illegal housing, but the children decide to stop them at all costs.
