Phil Collins has made a number of appearances at Montreux over the years as a solo artist, with his big band or as a guest performer with the likes of Eric Clapton and Quincy Jones. The main show on this Blu-Ray was filmed in high definition at the 2004 festival and captures Phil performing all of his best known hits from his solo career. The bonus material is a performance by the Phil Collins Big Band at Montreux in 1996. This is the first time any of Phil's big band material has been made available. This combination of all his classic songs coupled with the rarely seen big band material shows the breadth of musical genres Phil has covered in his career and makes a perfect celebration of Phil Collins association with Montreux.

In 2004, Phil Collins began the first leg of an international concert tour which Collins announced would mark his retirement from live performing. Phil Collins: Finally...The First Final Farewell documents the Paris date on his last set of live shows, in which the internationally famous musician was joined by a superb backing band for a set of his greatest songs. Phil Collins, with members of his band, together with conductor Quincy Jones and special guests including Tony Bennett, David Sanborn and members of the WDR Big Band, play several of Collins' songs in jazz arrangements, both as a solo artist and with Genesis, as well as jazz standards and covers.

The Girlie Show - Live Down Under included a date filmed at Sydney Cricket Ground on November 19, 1993 from The Girlie Show World Tour. The video was originally broadcast as a TV special on HBO in 1993 under the title Madonna Live Down Under: The Girlie Show. This was the fourth concert tour by Madonna, in support of her fifth studio album, Erotica.

In "Ciao, Italia! Live from Italy" Madonna visits the land of her noble heritage for this high-energy concert video filmed in 1987. It contained footage from a previous TV special of the Who's That Girl World Tour, Madonna in Concerto, broadcast in Europe in 1987, filmed at the Stadio Comunale in Turin, Italy. The video release also contained footage from shows recorded in Florence, Italy and Tokyo, Japan. The tour supported her 1986 third studio album True Blue, as well as the 1987 soundtrack Who's That Girl.
