Parvaneh Massoumi

This documentary movie explores the professional life of Parviz Fanizadeh, Iranian actor of the 60s and 70s cinema and theater, with investigating through archival footage of his works and referring to his fellow artists.

"Reverse" is the story of a boy named Salar who, along with his friend, has a mobile outfit and repairs old cars. He faces an identity crisis and has many questions in his mind until after his father's years. The father calls the boy to the address.

The film follows a character known as The Cinematographer, who is looking for someone called Atieh (Future). On a road trip to the north the members of the family find a suitcase. They want to open it but the head of the family is not allowing them. This marks the beginning of the adventures for them in the rest of their trip.

Captain Khorshid is a sailor who although only having one hand, manages to sail his little boat. In his village, due to its hot climate and hard living conditions, dangerous criminals are sent into exile. They want to escape from the area, so they ask a middleman to strike a deal with Khorshid. Khorshid is asked to illegally take them out of the country with his boat. At first he is reluctant, but because of the hardships of living he accepts the job.

A woman emigrates abroad after the Iranian revolution. Four years later she returns to the country to find her husband and children.
