Малыша Томми и его верных друзей — Чакки Финстера, близняшек Фила и Лили ДеВиль ждут невероятные и головокружительные приключения. Все началось с того, что у Томми родился братик Дилан. Томми он очень не понравился, как, впрочем, и его сорванцам-приятелям. Посовещавшись, компания приняла решение: вернуть крошку Дилана туда, откуда он взялся — в родильное отделение больницы. Мультфильм посвящен очередному эпизоду из личной жизни Братьев Пилотов, который приключился вечером 31 декабря 1950 года в пансионате Общества Озеленения Красного Креста. Коллега отвлекается от украшения новогодней елки, чтобы посмотреть на фокусы, который подготовил ему Шеф. Двое начинают соревноваться в доставании кроликов из цилиндра и наоборот, как в этот момент их находит злейший враг – немецкий контрабандист Карбофос. Последний во что бы то ни стало хочет вернуть своего редкого полосатого слона по кличке Балдахин.
