Birdy, or Shion Arita, gets a new assignment in Kobe where Sayaka Nakasugi live now. Tsutomu Senkawa is worried about her, so Birdy decides to pay her a visit. However, they are not the only one interested in Nakasugi.

Nobita’s troubled about what to do with his zero test marks once again. A gust of wind scatters his test papers and he falls into a garbage dump trying to gather them together again. There he finds a young withered tree that caught one of his papers and he decides to take it home. He tries to plant it in his garden but gets caught by his mother who doesn’t allow him to grow it.

This movie is an alternative version of the TV series; it is composed of the two 2007 OVAs, edited to improve the pacing of the plot, and an extra segment akin to a TV episode where the cast are given the task of studying flowers. The plot has several differences to the TV series, most important being Sirius's death at the beginning, Apollo's different childhood and the more marked focus on the events of 12000 years ago, particularly Apollonius' death and Reika's previous incarnation's involvement.

The bomb, the Space/Time oscillation bomb. The plans go wrong, Kei has to try and stop the bomb, messes up the settings and the bomb goes off, scrambling time, space and the dimensions. The series follows Kei adventures in this new dimension after he is picked up by the Emaan, a group of techno-gypsies, and his attempt to set the time/dimensions straight.
